Every two months, you will be able to choose from four climate challenges that are focused on the themes of:
Food
Waste
Nature
Travel
Energy
Shopping
Many of our challenges are about inspiring long-lasting, environmentally positive habits, which is why they span over two months.
Pick one or more of the challenges, sharing them in the poll below. At the end of the challenge, come back to share your progress and to be entered into a raffle to win Wirral Independent Cards – these give you discounts at independent restaurants and business across Wirral for a whole year!
For information on how to complete the challenges, visit Wirral Council’s Climate Action site, which provides lots of helpful tips, opportunities on Wirral to help you do them, and information for how you can reduce your carbon footprint.
A limited number of climate challenge calendars will be available in Wirral Libraries during January. Or you can download and print copies of our Climate Action calendar - see the documents section on this page.
