Thank you for taking the time to fill in this survey – it’s important for us to understand how things are for you.

It should only take a few minutes to complete, and the results help us to understand how we’re doing, what we need to focus on to improve and how we can make Wirral an even better place to work.

We’re committed to creating a flexible, positive, and inclusive workplace. One way we can create an inclusive and welcoming environment is by using demographic information to make sure we’re getting things right. This helps us understand any differences in experience by any one particular group of people and to develop and implement interventions. More information on protected characteristics, why we’re asking for this information and how it’s previously been used can be found here.

We work very hard to make sure your feedback is kept completely anonymous and to prevent any comments being attributed to any one individual.

Transparency is integral to how we do things, so an anonymised dashboard with the results will be made available for everyone to explore.
