The Council’s Draft Local Plan has identified Seacombe as a priority area for regeneration and the Wallasey Town Hall Quarter as an area in need of a detailed masterplan, to help shape the future of the area.
Masterplans provide more detailed guidance within a particular area, for example setting out parameters for building heights and the materials used in new development and are designed to be adopted as formal planning documents.
We have carried out one public engagement exercise which focused on issues and opportunities for Seacombe. All this information has been used to help support the design of a draft Neighbourhood Framework for the area and a specific draft Wallasey Town Hall Quarter Masterplan. The feedback from the previous consultation is published in the Documents section of this page.
This second phase of engagement seeks to receive your opinion on the draft masterplan for the Wallasey Town Hall Quarter. We will use your feedback to review and finalise the draft masterplan.
