Wirral Local Plan - Consultation on Main Modifications

A new Local Plan is being prepared to shape the future of the borough between 2021 and 2037.

Further to the Local Plan examination hearing sessions held between April and November 2023, the

Council is inviting comments on the Main Modifications that are considered necessary to

make the submitted Wirral Local Plan 2021 - 2037 sound and/or legally compliant.

The consultation documents and details about how you can comment, can be viewed on the

Council's New Local Plan page.

The consultation runs from 10am 25 September until 5pm on Friday 8 November.

Comments will be collected and made available for the Inspectors to view.
