It is the government's intention is that all children and families should be able to access before and after school childcare provision, for use if required. This provision, known as wrap around, would cover children from year groups Foundation 2 (Reception) to Year 6 between 8am and 6pm during term time.
The Wrap Around provision is designed to support working families and enable families to return to, or start work.
Wirral Council would like to understand the demand for childcare provision before and after school. This survey will provide insight, which will be used to prioritise the allocation of funding across Wirral. The survey below will take around 5 minutes to complete.
